Material Handler – Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 12:00 PM–8:30 PM

We’re hiring two Material Handlers for a well-established Portland company offering long-term career potential. This hands-on role supports Production, Inventory, and Warehouse teams by keeping raw materials and finished goods moving accurately and efficiently.

This is a great fit for someone who is fast-paced, tech-savvy, adaptable, and good at figuring things out. Candidates from restaurants, kitchens, food and beverage, production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Move and organize raw materials and finished goods
• Use hand trucks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment
• Track inventory movements in an ERP/inventory system
• Work closely with Production, Inventory, and Warehouse teams
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust to changing priorities
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong critical-thinking, organization, and attention to detail
• Comfortable with computers and learning ERP systems; NetSuite is a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and work on your feet
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required; must be willing and comfortable learning
