Outside Sales Representative

Located in Edmonton, AB

Salary: $45,000–$50,000/year

An Edmonton client is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team.

Outside Sales Representative Highlights:

• Develop and grow a designated sales territory by generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Build strong partnerships with internal sales teams to deliver complete equipment rental solutions.
• Collaborate daily with Sales Representatives and Managers to maximize customer opportunities.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and contribute to team goals and business development strategies.
• Identify new customer opportunities across a wide range of industries including construction, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, municipalities, distribution, and more.
• Travel throughout the region to meet with customers and build long-term relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities for growth and repeat business.
• Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on innovation and long-term success.

Requirements:

• Previous outside sales or business development experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive and desire to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the region.
• Positive attitude, ambition, and commitment to long-term career growth.

Hours & Wage:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Occasional work outside regular business hours as required
• $45,000–$50,000/year plus commission
