We're looking for a Healthcare Staffing Specialist to join our Licensed Medical division, supporting our Honolulu and Pearl City offices. This role is the engine behind our day-to-day staffing operations — connecting healthcare clients with qualified associates. You'll work closely with recruiters, sales, and clinicians.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Business Development

• Generate new client and associate leads
• Submit qualified candidates to open orders via phone, email, and online platforms
• Make daily outbound calls to current and prospective clients

Staffing & Scheduling

• Book and manage shifts, tracking booked hours as you grow in the role
• Conduct quality control calls with active staff

Operations & Admin

• Assist with timecard management
• Document all client and associate contact consistently

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a related coordination role (healthcare staffing a plus)
• Strong phone presence — comfortable with a high daily call volume
• Highly organized and detail-driven
