Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Oxnard. The ideal candidate will have experience welding and fabricating metal components while maintaining high quality standards in a production environment. This position offers a consistent first-shift schedule with opportunities to contribute to the production of precision-built products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on production requirements.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.

• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and assemblies.

• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

• Operate grinders, saws, drills, and other fabrication equipment.

• Measure, cut, and fit materials to required specifications.

• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.

• Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

Required

• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

• Proficiency with MIG welding; TIG and Stick welding experience is a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.

• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to safely lift materials and work with metal fabrication equipment.

• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic.

Preferred

• Welding certification is a plus.

• Experience operating fabrication equipment such as band saws, drill presses, grinders, or press brakes.

• Forklift experience is a plus.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required.
