Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for moving raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility while ensuring accurate inventory management and maintaining an organized work environment.

First and second shifts available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments for accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
• Supply production lines with materials to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Move finished products to designated storage or shipping areas.
• Accurately scan, label, and track inventory using warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Inspect material handling equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse or production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the workday.
• Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a warehouse or manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to moving machinery.

Work Environment
This position is performed in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing setting. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required, and adherence to all safety guidelines is essential.
