Plant Production Supervisor

Full-Time Mon-Fri 7am to 3pm

$34/hr DOE starting wage

 

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure all production processes, batch documentation, and operational records are completed accurately and timely.
• Assist in maintaining production KPI's, operations dashboards and inventory reporting
• Assist with employee onboarding and scheduling
• Foster a positive work attitude and team-oriented manufacturing culture

Qualifications

 

• Highschool Diploma
• AA or Technical Certificate in manufacturing 
• 4-7 years of experience in a related field
