Leasing Consultant

Located in Union City, GA

• Physically tour vacant units, common areas, and amenities with prospective residents.
• Set up mini models or refresh unit staging as needed to ensure a polished, welcoming first impression.
• Promote available units through strategic outreach and follow-up via phone, text and email.
• Assist with outreach marketing and neighborhood engagement to drive local awareness.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with all prospects and document interactions in the CRM system.
• Enter and maintain accurate leasing data, appointment details, and prospect information.
• Assist with leasing paperwork and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Other duties as assigned
• Experience with Yardi is a plus
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
