Are you experienced in food manufacturing and looking for a great opportunity with a growing production team? We are currently hiring a dependable and hardworking Melting Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in American Canyon.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate melting equipment while following production procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Handle and transport bags of product and raw materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Monitor production processes and work toward meeting daily production goals.
  • Check and maintain proper temperatures during the melting process.
  • Monitor sugar levels and verify product requirements.
  • Receive raw materials from warehouse areas.
  • Accurately add and dump materials according to production needs.
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or production preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must provide at least two verifiable professional references.
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
