Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Melting Operator to support production operations in American Canyon. Job Responsibilities

• Perform fat melting operations according to the production Kanban schedule.
• Verify the correct type of fat is being melted and ensure it is routed to the appropriate production location.
• Monitor and verify sugar levels using the PLC system.
• Continuously monitor melter temperatures to maintain product quality and process efficiency.
• Accurately add powdered ingredients according to production recipes.
• Refill sugar silos based on the production needs of the liquids department.
• Receive and transport raw materials from the warehouse, including bags weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written recipes and work instructions.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work the required schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
