Express Employment Professionals, Atlanta NE location is hiring a Fleet Maintenance & Roadside Dispatch Coordinator for a transportation client.

This role supports commercial drivers experiencing breakdowns and vehicle issues, this is not a general customer service or standard dispatch position.

What You’ll Do:

• Take calls from drivers with roadside breakdowns and mechanical issues
• Gather details and help with basic troubleshooting
• Coordinate towing, roadside assistance, mobile repair, and vendors
• Schedule repairs and preventive maintenance
• Track repair status and keep drivers updated
• Document service calls and maintenance activity
• Handle multiple urgent requests in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Experience in trucking, fleet maintenance, roadside assistance, or transportation dispatch
• Background handling breakdowns or vehicle repair coordination strongly preferred
• Basic understanding of vehicle/mechanical terms
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm in urgent situations
• Good computer and data entry skills

Background & Drug test

Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) when needed.
