What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in producing premium live product, powders, and tinctures used by customers across the country.

Responsibilities may include:

• Support all stages of production, including harvesting, drying, grinding, blending, and packaging
• Mix and handle up to 55 pound bags while maintaining product consistency
• Follow detailed production formulas and work instructions with precision
• Read scales and measurements accurately to ensure product quality
• Perform basic math calculations and conversions as production needs change
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct quality checks throughout the process and identify any inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food safe work environment
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and quality standards
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production goals
• Learn new processes and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Schedule

Facility operates 7 days per week from 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Available start times of 4:00 AM or 7:00 AM
• Weekend availability required
• Full time opportunities
