Express Employment Professionals is hiring several Food Production Associates for a seafood processing company in Stanwood. If you're dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment, this could be a great opportunity to join a stable team with consistent hours.

No seafood processing experience is required. Candidates with production, warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, agricultural, restaurant, grocery, or other hands-on work experience are encouraged to apply.

Location: Stanwood, WA
Pay: $17.85/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Sort, label, weigh, count, and package seafood products.
• Seal containers using production equipment.
• Clean, trim, slice, and prepare seafood products.
• Operate hand tools and production machinery safely.
• Follow quality and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist the production team in meeting daily goals.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of recent work experience.
• Ability to provide two recent work references.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable working in a cool, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
