Paver Operator / Heavy Equipment Operator

$20.00/hr | Weekly Pay | Immediate Openings

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Paver Operator / Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate asphalt pavers, rollers, and other heavy machinery to support road construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in asphalt paving, excellent equipment operation skills, and a commitment to safety and quality work.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Voluntary overtime is available.

What You'll Do

• Surface preparation.
• Operating Heavy equipment, bob cat, skid steer, front end loader,

asphalt paver, screed, compactors, levelling and slope control devices.

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• 3 -5 years experience preforming pavement operations
• Comfortable wearing required safety equipment
• Team-oriented attitude
• Working outside in all elements of weather
