This role is a great fit for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, construction, production, or other hands-on experience. The company provides on-the-job training and will teach you the equipment, processes, and materials used in production.

Location: Sultan, WA
Pay: Starting at $22.25+/hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment following established work instructions.
• Load and unload materials using material handling equipment.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Read part numbers, work orders, and production instructions.
• Use measuring tools including tape measures, gauges, and scales.
• Perform computer transactions to track production and inventory.
• Label, organize, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Help ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to accurately count and track materials.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred

• 6+ months of manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or industrial experience.
• Experience working with cranes, hoists, or material handling equipment.
• Experience using gauges, measuring tools, or production equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Repetitive production work.
• Regular handling of moderate to heavy materials.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
