Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative and Events Coordinator to support the daily operations of our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and the business owner, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
  • Conduct tours for prospective clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely communication and follow-through
  • Maintain accurate business records, files, and documentation
  • Assist the owner with day-to-day business operations and special projects
  • Update and maintain online listings and business information
  • Monitor email correspondence and ensure timely responses
  • Support operational efficiency through organization, communication, and proactive problem-solving

  • Administrative tasks, calendars, and business records are maintained accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Administrative support experience
  • Customer service or client-facing experience
  • Hospitality, office administration, or related experience preferred
  • Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Experience handling professional email correspondence
  • Experience coordinating with clients, vendors, and service providers

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, and Drive) is required
