Key Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and customize belts and rubber components

• Fabricate, install, and repair conveyor belting and related systems

• Receive and verify incoming parts, materials, and supplies

• Maintain stock areas and prepare sales orders

• Pick up and deliver orders and supplies

• Identify defective equipment or materials and report issues

• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills

• Solid organization and prioritization abilities

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work at heights, and navigate tight spaces

• Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Maintenance or belt tech experience preferred, but not required

REQUIRED:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Drug Screen
• Good driving record
• ABILITY TO LIFT UP TO 100# / Team lift
