Shipping/Receiving Associate

Location: Vancouver, WA Pay: $19.50/hour Job Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

Our client is building out a brand-new warehouse facility in Vancouver, WA, and we're looking for a reliable Shipping/Receiving Associate to help us grow our team from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a facility launch and grow with the team as they scale operations.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments of raw materials and components
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments for delivery
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.)
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system
• Verify shipment counts and quality against packing slips and purchase orders
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Keep the shipping/receiving area organized, clean, and safety-compliant
• Communicate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support general warehouse duties as needed during the buildout of the new facility

What We're Looking For

• Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
• Forklift certification a plus 
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory tracking
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Excited to help stand up a brand-new facility and grow into future opportunities
