Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced Dispatcher for a growing company in Arlington that provides special inspection, materials testing, and geotechnical services. This position plays a key role in coordinating field staff, managing schedules, and ensuring clients receive timely service.

The Dispatcher will work closely with project managers, inspectors, technicians, and fellow dispatchers to build and maintain daily schedules for approximately 50 field employees.

Location: Arlington, WA
Pay: $23.00-$32.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (hours may shift slightly based on business needs)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to client scheduling requests.
• Coordinate inspection and testing services with clients and internal teams.
• Build and manage daily schedules for approximately 50 inspectors and technicians.
• Dispatch field staff to job sites and communicate schedule updates.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and technicians to ensure proper staffing and coverage.
• Monitor schedule changes and adjust assignments as priorities shift.
• Enter and maintain scheduling information in Salesforce.
• Provide professional customer service to clients and field staff.
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or workforce coordination experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and schedule changes.
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Preferred:

• Salesforce experience.
• Experience in construction, field services, transportation, special inspection, materials testing, or a related industry.
• Experience coordinating multiple technicians or field employees.
