What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide outstanding service and support.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer requests.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Accurately enter and manage information using company software.
• Support daily office operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 6 months of customer service and/or office support experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
• Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
