Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Production Team Lead for a small, growing pet treats company in Arlington.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in quality work, and can help keep a small team organized and productive. The environment is casual, team-oriented, and hands-on. Most of your day will be spent packaging and preparing pet treats while helping coordinate workflow and supporting a small crew of employees.

What You'll Do

• Package and prepare pet treats for shipment
• Help keep production organized and on schedule
• Train and support team members as needed
• Monitor quality and accuracy of finished products
• Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Prior manufacturing, warehouse, production, or lead experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
