Schedule: Flexible schedule required, weekend availability required
Position Overview:
- Join an established wood products manufacturing operation supporting construction and building industries
- Work in a fast-paced mill environment maintaining essential production equipment

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery to support daily mill operations
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Work closely with production teams while following safety procedures and operational standards
