Express Employment Professionals of Everett is recruiting a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative for a growing insurance agency located in Arlington, WA.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Prepare quotes and explain coverage options
• Assist clients with selecting policies that best fit their needs
• Follow up with prospects and policyholders to provide exceptional service

Business Development

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to current customers
• Participate in community events and local networking opportunities

Administrative & Compliance

• Process policy changes, payments, and customer requests
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Follow Washington State insurance regulations and agency procedures

Qualifications

Required

• Active Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Life & Health Insurance License
• Previous insurance, sales, retail, banking, or customer service experience
