Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Position Overview:
- Join an established wood products manufacturing operation supporting construction and building industries
- Work in a fast-paced industrial environment where safety leadership plays a critical role in daily operations
- Direct hire opportunity focused on strengthening safety programs, compliance, and workplace practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies in alignment with OSHA standards and company requirements
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and improve workplace conditions
- Lead safety trainings, investigate incidents, and maintain accurate compliance records and reporting
