Painter/Blaster (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: Houston, TX 77086

Seeking an experienced Painter/Blaster with at least 2 years of industrial painting and abrasive blasting experience. Responsibilities include preparing and blasting overhead crane components and structural steel, applying primers and industrial coatings, performing paint touch-ups, inspecting finished work for quality, maintaining equipment, and following all safety and PPE requirements. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights, maintaining a clean work area, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hr DOE (+$1.50/hr shift differential for 2nd shift)

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM (Saturdays as needed)
