Position Overview:
- Join a large, established lumber manufacturer producing wood fencing products and operating high-volume sawmills across the Pacific Northwest
- Work in a fast-paced industrial environment where maintaining equipment reliability is critical to continuous production

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair sawmill equipment including conveyors, motors, belts, and mechanical systems to keep operations running
- Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations
- Read blueprints and schematics, install and align equipment, and assist with fabrication or system upgrades as needed
