Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Overview:
- Join a local manufacturing team that produces specialized rubber mats designed to improve safety, reduce fatigue, and prevent injuries in workplaces
- Work in a hands-on, physical environment where attention to detail and craftsmanship are important to the final product
- Evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the chance to learn installation skills and travel for job assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install rubber mat flooring to specific sizes and job requirements
- Work on knees and in crouched positions for extended periods while completing installations
- Travel out of state after training to assist with installation projects and job site work
