Assistant Manager – Healthcare Staffing

A growing healthcare staffing organization is seeking an Assistant Manager with the aptitude and ambition to grow into the management position over time. This is a fast-paced environment supporting radiology and ancillary healthcare staffing operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, interview scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Coordinating schedules for radiology and ancillary healthcare professionals
• Handling client contracts, assignments, and extensions
• Sales and marketing, both in person and on social media
• General HR duties, including onboarding and document collection
• Tracking licenses, certifications, immunizations, and compliance documents
• Maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and company policies
• Serving as a professional point of contact for healthcare professionals and facility clients
• Customer service and daily operations support

Qualifications:

• HR background, medical terminology experience, medical sales, or insurance experience strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare staffing, radiology, or medical office environments a plus
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or scheduling software a plus
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Desire and capability to advance into a management role
