Duties for the Quality Control Supervisor  are:

 

• Oversee the In-Process Inspection for Injection Mold and House Mold
• Oversee Final Sample Departments
• Oversee Clean Room Particle Counts
• Inspection Oversight:Monitor raw materials, in-process production, and final products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Process Improvement:Identify areas for quality enhancement and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Documentation & Compliance:Maintain accurate records and documentation (GDP) to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards.
• Data Analysis:Review inspection data and metrics to report on defect rates and quality performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with production and engineering departments to resolve quality issues. 

 

 

Requirements for the Quality Control Supervisor  include:

• Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO, GMP), inspection techniques, and testing equipment.
• Effective Communication with peers, managers, customers, and vendors as well as writing for reporting, training and developing staff
• Computer skills
• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to deal with a variety of personalities
• Familiar with ISO Process
