What You'll Be Doing

• Perform general property maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components
• Diagnose and complete plumbing repairs and installations
• Prepare surfaces and complete interior/exterior painting projects
• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain safe, clean, and attractive properties
• Identify issues before they become costly repairs

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 5 years of property maintenance experience

✅ Strong experience with:

• Electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Interior and exterior painting

✅ Ability to:

• Work independently and as part of a team
• Prioritize multiple tasks
• Provide excellent customer service
• Lift, carry, and perform physical work as needed

✅ Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
