Job Title: Warehouse Associate
City and State: Crystal Lake, IL
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Day Shift)
Employment Type: Temporary/Contract (07/13/2026 – 09/14/2026)
Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations through accurate picking, packing, and shipping of spare parts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and ship packages using UPS and USPS for domestic deliveries
  • Perform general warehouse labor and maintain a clean workspace
  • Operate a pallet jack to move materials as needed
  • Proactively identify and complete tasks during downtime
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused
  • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with no A/C
  • Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred
