Production Associate

Location: Mount Pleasant, SC
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Position Summary

A plastics manufacturing facility in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join its team. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deburr, clean, assemble, and package finished products.
• Perform light assembly using standard hand tools, solvents, and adhesives.
• Follow verbal, written, and graphic work instructions.
• Document production activities as required.
• Operate machinery used to form and cut plastic materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections using measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and rulers.
• Verify products meet print specifications and tolerances.
• Assist with material handling and forklift operations when required.
• Follow all safety procedures, equipment shutdown protocols, and company policies.
• Handle production materials and related paperwork accurately.

• Vacuum-forming equipment
• CNC routers
• Band saws
• Table saws
• Die-cutting equipment
• Compressed air tools
• Deburring equipment
• Drills
• Disc sanders

Experience using hand tools, tape measures, and digital calipers is preferred.
