Production Associate – Manufacturing

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team. This role supports daily production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment and is responsible for helping ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or hands-on labor experience who enjoy working as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations
• Operate basic production equipment and machinery after training
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Move, stack, and organize materials throughout the facility
• Perform loading, unloading, and material handling tasks
• Assist team members with production needs to maintain workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Meet daily production goals and quality expectations

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or labor experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Facility is not climate controlled; candidates must be comfortable working in a warm industrial setting and exposure to heat during warmer months
• Work is performed around production equipment and materials
• Position requires extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion
• Proper safety procedures and required protective equipment must be followed
