Warehouse/Counter Sales

Salary: $21 - $25/hr

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate to join our client in Madison, WI. This multifaceted role includes essential warehouse responsibilities as well as customer service duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
• Load trucks with flooring materials and supplies
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Maintain inventory in designated bin locations
• Perform general warehouse organization and housekeeping duties
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and cardboard balers
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as business needs change

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred
• Experience with bin locations and inventory systems is a plus
• Basic computer skills and comfort using RF scanners
• Forklift experience (sit-down forklift) preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 75-100 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment

 

Pay - $21 - $25/hr, depending on experience

 

Hours - 7am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
