HVAC Parts Manager

Located in Round Rock, TX

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local HVAC company in Round Rock to hire an experienced HVAC Parts Manager / Warranty Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in parts management, inventory, purchasing, or warranty coordination who enjoys staying organized and working in a fast-paced service environment.

 

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30am – 5:00pm

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE

 

What You'll Do

• Order HVAC parts, equipment, materials, and supplies for service and installation projects
• Verify part numbers, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Process and track warranty claims with manufacturers and vendors
• Communicate with vendors, technicians, dispatch, warehouse staff, and management
• Receive, organize, label, and stage incoming parts for scheduled jobs
• Track inventory, purchase orders, invoices, and warranty documentation
• Follow up on backorders, returns, exchanges, and credits
• Assist with inventory counts and help maintain an organized parts department

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in parts, purchasing, inventory, warranty processing, or service coordination
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with vendors and internal teams
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC or plumbing industry experience
• Experience with inventory management and purchase orders
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
