We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our team! This hands-on position is responsible for maintaining and improving equipment and facilities to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and machinery
Complete facility repairs, upgrades, and special projects
Assist with painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general maintenance
Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, GAPs, and GMPs
Accurately complete daily logs and reports
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined with maintenance or repair experience
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and complete projects independently
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
