Sewer I – 1st Shift
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Join a growing manufacturing team producing quality sewn products in a clean, semi-climate-controlled facility (approximately 78–80°F). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble products
• Sew straps, hooks, buckles, and other components according to work instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality, size, and consistency
• Make basic machine adjustments and replace needles or thread as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Complete other production tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous sewing or industrial sewing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
