3. Able to work with hardwood veneers
4. Have up to 10+ years of experience.
5. Patience is extremely important. The ability to problem solve and be able to work under pressure.
6. Able to communicate professionally with clients
7. Ability to work with teams
8. Furniture building experience
9. Operate table saws, router, plainer, jointer, line bore machine
10. Comfortable working in a production shop environment
11. Computer literate
12. Ability to be taught or learn new skills and software programs
13. Familiar with cabinet hardware
14. Familiar with finishing products
15. proficient in working with screw guns and associated tools
