Industrial Painter – 1st Shift (Potential Move to 2nd Shift)

We are seeking a dependable Industrial Painter to join our team. This position starts on 1st shift, with the possibility of transitioning to 2nd shift in approximately 3–4 months based on business needs.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay:

• $13.80 per hour

Job Duties:

• Apply paint and coatings to industrial parts and products using spray equipment.
• Work in an open spray booth environment.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and masking as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial painting or spray painting experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable working in an open spray booth.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
