Delivery Driver/Shipper

Located in Hanover, PA

Salary: $16/hr-$18/hr DOE

Hours: Monday through Thursday. 7am-3:30pm. Potential Fridays.

POSITION SUMMARY

• Cut boxes for all cabinets and wrap each item with bubble wrap or protective material for shipping.
• Initial all boxes and corresponding paperwork to confirm completion and accountability.
• Maintain strong organization and attention to detail by ensuring every cabinet, part, and component is properly labeled and matches the paperwork and tickets.
• Inspect all cabinets for imperfections, verifying correct sizes, parts, and components before wrapping.
• Wrap all molding according to job specifications and paperwork requirements.
• Submit all completed and uncompleted jobs at the end of each day, noting any missing items to locate and finish the following morning.
• Load and unload all receiving and shipping trucks as needed.
• Record all incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy, and obtain dealer or customer signatures when applicable.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to support productivity and efficiency.
• At the end of the day, clean your work area, ensure all overhead doors are locked, and turn off lights before clocking out.
• Operate a company van or box truck approximately five times per month for deliveries or pickups.
