Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Yard Floater / Painter for a steel fabrication shop in Sedalia, CO. This is a hands-on role supporting painting, yard organization, material movement, and shop flow.

 

Job Highlights:

• Use an airless paint sprayer to prime miscellaneous metal fabrications
• Operate an 8K telehandler to move and position fabricated items
• Help maintain yard inventory and organization
• Support material movement and shop/yard workflow
• Work outdoors in changing Colorado weather
• Multitask between painting, yard, and material handling needs
• Follow company procedures and OSHA safety standards

What We Look For:

• Industrial painting or airless sprayer experience preferred
• Telehandler, forklift, or material handling experience preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather
• Strong safety awareness
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Reliable, self-motivated, and physically capable
• Steel shop, construction, yard, or fabrication environment experience is a plus
