Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Structural Steel Fitter for a steel fabrication company in Castle Rock, CO. This role is ideal for someone with strong blueprint reading, layout, fitting, and steel fabrication experience.

 

Job Highlights:

• Read and follow blueprints to meet product specifications
• Measure, calculate, and verify material requirements
• Fit and fabricate structural steel and miscellaneous metal components
• Manufacture finished metal products
• Install and repair equipment or components as needed
• Check weld quality, tolerance, and fit-up accuracy
• Work safely in a steel fabrication shop

What We Look For:

• Previous steel fitting, welding, fabrication, or manufacturing experience
• Strong blueprint and drawing interpretation skills
• Ability to measure accurately and calculate material needs
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Ability to handle a physical shop workload
• Stainless and/or aluminum skills are a plus
• Must be prepared for a weld/fit test based on experience
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
