6:00 am to 4:30 pm 

$18.00 an hour

Monday-Friday Possible Saturdays

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipper/Capper to join our aerospace manufacturing team. No experience is required—we provide training for candidates with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

• Place protective caps on threaded parts
• Bag and package products for shipment
• Protect parts from scratches and damage
• Perform basic visual quality inspections
• Follow packaging instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet production goals (360–500 pieces per hour)

Requirements:

• No experience required; training provided
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Able to stand for most of the shift and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment
• Approximately 80% standing
• Safety shoes and eye protection required (temporary shoe covers provided on Day 1)
• Shift length may vary depending on production needs
