Welder

We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder/Fabricator with proven experience welding aluminum and steel. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading blueprints, fabricating components, and producing high-quality welds that meet company and customer specifications. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum and steel materials according to specifications and drawings.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble custom metal components and structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and work orders.
• Measure, cut, grind, fit, and prepare materials for welding.
• Set up and operate TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and prepare workpieces by removing rust, grease, slag, and other contaminants.
• Lift, position, hold, and clamp parts in fixtures, jigs, or workstations for welding and assembly.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, appearance, and conformance to specifications.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, drills, and other shop tools.
• Move materials and finished products using hand tools, carts, hoists, and cranes as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality standards.

Must be able to pass a welding test and interview
