Sports Field Groundskeeper

Location: Greeley, CO
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Sports Field Groundskeeper to help care for our athletic fields. This person will make sure the fields are safe, clean, and ready for practices, games, and other events. You will work with an experienced employee who is retiring and learn the job from them. What You'll Do

Keep sports fields healthy and safe by mowing, watering, fertilizing, aerating, and caring for the turf.
Prepare fields for games and practices by dragging, lining, striping, and chalking them.
Work with coaches and staff to schedule field maintenance around games and events.
Operate and care for groundskeeping equipment.
Help keep all athletic grounds clean, safe, and ready for use.

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of experience caring for sports fields, lawns, or grounds.
Basic knowledge of grass care, plants, or landscaping.
Able to do more than basic lawn care and understand how to keep sports fields in good condition.
Willing to learn from an experienced employee before they retire.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work outside in different weather conditions.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and do physical work throughout the day.

Pay and Schedule

$22.00 per hour
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-5:00 PM
