Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Georgetown, TX. This weekend shift is ideal for individuals looking to work three 12-hour shifts while gaining experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with paint line operations by hanging, removing, and handling parts safely.
• Perform assembly of manufactured components using hand tools and work instructions.
• Package finished products according to quality and shipping standards.
• Inspect parts for defects and ensure products meet quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or paint line experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
