Office Administrator (Temporary – Maternity Leave Coverage)

Location: Wyckoff, NJ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00–$24.00/hour

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Office Administrator to provide maternity leave coverage for a busy garage door installation company in Wyckoff, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule service technicians for customer appointments
  • Coordinate appointments with clients and prospective customers
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Provide general administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
