What You'll Do

• Lead electrical installations, maintenance, and repair projects in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Install and maintain electrical power, lighting, control systems, circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using industry-standard testing equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements and local regulations.
• Mentor and support apprentice electricians while promoting a safe and productive job site.
• Install conduit, pull wire, complete electrical connections, and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon or California Journeyman Electrician License (required).
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, NEC standards, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and safely perform the physical demands of the position.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.
