1st Shift Warehouse Associate
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join a growing distribution team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company offering long-term career potential and excellent benefits upon permanent hire.

Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (or become certified).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
