Production Welder (1st Shift)
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform GMAW (MIG) welding on production parts while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Read and interpret work instructions and, when applicable, blueprints.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work independently while maintaining production goals.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Previous MIG (GMAW) welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to consistently produce quality welds in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• TIG and/or Stick welding experience.
• Blueprint reading experience.
• Experience operating or programming robotic welding equipment.

Additional Information:

• Weld test required during the interview process.
• Four-day work week with three-day weekends.
