Vote Manager

Located in Sherwood, OR

Salary: $18-$20

A client of ours in Sherwood is looking to add a Manager to their team. This is a national company that deals with Homeowner’s Associations and has a great opportunity for a motivated individual. This is an amazing Position for someone who is wanting to progress further in an Office Leadership Position! 

This is an evaluation to hire position.

Duties:

• Learn and use web-based project management tools
• Vote creation with ballot and candidates/issues
• Invites and reminder email message creation and scheduling
• Review and upload owner data
• Obtain client approvals
• Monitor vote progress and report results
• Resolve voter issues
• Final results reporting
• Communicate with clients in a timely (same day to acknowledge) and professional manner
• Documenting/filing/processing files

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):

• Fluent in Microsoft Processes
• Extreme Attention to Detail
• Customer Service Experience
• Self-Motivated
• Professional demeanor

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 am- 5 pm
